ethos it’s a small word but little daily choices can have big consequences in the world around us. We like to keep things natural we use seasonal, fresh, as local as possible and mainly organic produce to make inventive and exciting menus daily. From our kitchens in our shops we use the very best we can find in local produce and conscientiously sourced raw ingredients to make our fabulous pastries and original menu daily.

We are passionate about local food and create innovative menus from the very best produce, sourcing as much as we can from scottish farmers, growers and producers. We buy a lot of organic produce but will always choose to buy from as close as possible to our door rather than organic that has travelled from far and wide.
recycling We recycle as much as we possibly can. This includes our cardboard, plastics, paper, glass + cans. Our organic waste gets taken to a farm in West Lothian to be composted. It's brilliant: they even take our paper napkins.
