ethos it’s a small word but little daily choices can have big consequences in the world around us. We like to keep things natural so we use seasonal, fresh, as local as possible, frequently organic but always conscientiously sourced raw ingredients to make our innovative daily menu.

 

sourcing our food is seasonal, fresh and sustainable, using the best ingredients we can find. We are passionate about local food and create innovative menus from the very best produce, sourcing as much as we can from scottish farmers, growers and producers.  We buy a lot of organic produce but will always choose to buy from as close as possible to our door rather than organic that has travelled from far and wide.

 

recycling We recycle as much as we possibly can. This includes our cardboard, plastics, paper, glass + cans + our organic waste is composted.
