one thing we do know is that, so far, the sun rises and the sun sets every day. seeds are planted, they grow and when they are ready they are harvested. there is a nice rhythm to this and in this fast moving world we try to remember all this about the seasons and when things grow at their best to ensure they aren't jet lagged by the time they end up on your plate.
